My tracking says “Delivered,” but I haven’t received my package. What should I do?
Our bracelets are made with good quality gold-dip, and with proper care they can last for several months to a few years. Exposure to water, chemicals, and lotion, can cause the gold-dip to fade or tarnish faster.
We do not recommend wearing your jewelry in the shower, while swimming, or other activities where it may come in contact with water, as the gold plating can wear off over time. Chlorine in swimming pools can cause significant damage to the gold plating.
Avoid prolonged exposure to water, lotions, perfumes, and harsh chemicals. Remove it before showering, swimming, exercising, or doing any activities that may cause scratches or damage. To clean, gently wipe with a soft cloth or use a soft brush if needed. When not in use, store it in a dry, cool place—preferably in a pouch or jewelry box to protect its finish.
To Start the Return Process:
- Visit our homepage:www.shopscarletblue.com.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page.
- Under the Info section, click on "Return Portal."
- Enter your order number and the email address you used to make the purchase.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your return request.
If you have any issues accessing the Return Portal or completing the process, feel free to reach out to us at info@shopscarletblue.com, and we'll be happy to assist you.
Our bracelets are not tarnish-free, but they are designed for extended durability. With proper care, they can last several months or more. Daily wear and exposure to water, lotions, or other abrasive elements can shorten their lifespan to 6-8 weeks.
We understand how frustrating that can be—and we're here to help! If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, we recommend the following steps:
- Double-check your mailbox, front porch, side door, and any alternate delivery spots.
- Ask anyone in your household or building if they may have picked it up.
- Check with neighbors or your leasing office.
- Contact your local post office—they can often provide GPS delivery details to help locate the package.
If the package is still missing after these steps, please email us at info@shopscarletblue.com, and we’ll do our best to guide you from there. While we’re not responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered, we truly care about your experience and will work with you toward a fair solution.
